Chef Anupama is a master at mixing her own spice and tea blends, all of which are used at the upscale Verandah Progressive Indian Restaurant. They are roasted and blended by her and have a myriad of uses when mixed with other ingredients or added to other dishes.

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Cumin seeds, Coriander Seeds, Chili powder, Whole Red Chilly, Black Pepper, Malt Vinegar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Salt, Water

In minutes Tikka Sauce recipe:
Cut some boneless chicken pc (You can replace Chicken with Paneer / any vegetables/ Boiled Eggs/ Lamb pieces) Heat pan, add oil saute washed chicken pieces to it, once 1/2 to 3/4 cook shake, W’kana Gourmet Tikka Sauce bottle, sopen and add sauce as desired, give it a nice boil, Adjust Consistency as per your liking, add fresh chopped cilantro, Check for salt. Ready to enjoy with our Pulao rice, Naan, or Parantha.
For Vegetarians, Bring sauce to a boil and add, veggies, paneer, Potatoes, or Soya Nuggets
